METHODOLOGY READ-ONLY

Live source health and methodology

Radar Six is a single-operator desk. The cohort and the Phase B gates are public, and the operating rules behind the verdict ladder are documented in full. There is no closed editorial loop.

Source health

Six canonical surfaces. Each row shows the last observation we have recorded and the count over the last 24 hours. See the glossary for the tier vocabulary used here.

Phase B gates

The desk runs in Phase A. Six gates control what the desk is allowed to do. Phase B is the next activation step; until then, what is locked stays locked.

  1. unlocked

    Account creation

The operator can create platform accounts as the cohort grows.

  2. unlocked

    Live source adapters

Live RSS, search, and platform adapters are running on the cohort.

  3. locked

    Image and video generation

No image or video output is produced. Phase B will enable.

  4. locked

    Paid model generation

No paid LLM calls. Phase B will enable under a capped budget.

  5. locked

    Content mutation

No automated edits or rewrites. The desk only observes.

    Platform publishing

No automated posts. Posts to @RadarSixHQ are written by the operator.

How the desk classifies a signal

Classification
Every observation is mapped to one of six canonical surfaces. The mapping is rule-based and auditable; there is no model deciding what counts as which surface.
Source chain
A claim that travels from a Tier 1 origin (an issuer, a regulator, a first-party channel) into Tier 2 amplification (press, creators) is tracked as a chain. The origin record stays attached to every downstream observation.
Confidence
A signal gets a confidence band based on origin tier, prior reliability of the source, and whether other surfaces are co-signaling at the same moment. Bands are exposed; no opaque score.
Verdict ladder
Each claim on the register carries a verdict that reflects evidence strength. Confirmed at confidence 80 or higher. Corroborated at 60 to 79. Watching at 40 to 59. Contested when an entry in the evidence chain contradicts the others. Killed when a Tier 1 source retires the claim. The ladder is canonical and versioned in the desk's editorial system.
Cadence
Freshness floor is six hours. The live feed retains the last seven days. Older observations move to the archive.
Dry-mode posture
The desk is in dry mode. It tracks and audits. It does not generate, mutate, or automatically publish. The dry-mode lock is enforced at the backend, not at the page boundary.
Amplification record
When the desk posts a claim, the post is linked back to the source chain it came from. Operator-authored posts on @RadarSixHQ are the only publish surface today.
